Johnson and Walker's dictionary of the English language, 1860
Hardcover; 8vo. Vintage copy of the dictionary of one of history's greatest lexicographers, Sam Johnson, along with pronunciation guides. Published in Halifax, not the Canadian Halifax but the one in England. Some wear to edges, hinges a little cracked and rubbed. Interior is yellowing and aging somewhat, but the binding is sound and all text is quite readable. A nice copy of this gem in the history of lexicography. G+/--
